City Strength HQ

The Beginner Strength Program is perfect for you if you want to learn how to train properly from day one.

Phase I focuses on the fundamental movement patterns every lifter needs to get stronger.

In Phase II, some more barbell work will be progressively introduced.

Then, you will have a taste of more strength in Phase III.

Each session is structured to build your confidence, improve your technique, and help you understand how your body responds to training.

Repeat each Phase until you build confidence to progress to the next.

Beginner Strength - Phase I

This is a 4 day program designed for intermediate powerlifters looking to get stronger and build muscle.

If you want to become proficient in the squat, bench and deadlift, while pushing accessories to build muscle, this program is for you.

Each day will be a combination of lower body and upper body exercises to hit all muscle groups throughout the week, while managing load and fatigue.
